Inside Mwangazza
Six parts of one school record.
These are real Mwangazza screens. The school, Mwanga Secondary, and everyone in it are demonstration data.
Set up and carry forward
School Year
Prepare the grades, sections, subjects, terms and holidays the school will actually run.
- See the year's terms and its figures for students, staff, exams, attendance and fees in one place.
- Close one year deliberately, keep its history, and prepare the next.

Keep the people record
Students and staff
Keep student enrolment, guardian contacts, staff roles and class responsibilities connected.
- Filter the register by grade, or by students with no guardian on file.
- Import a roster from Excel and check a preview before anything is saved.

Run the morning
Attendance
Take the class register, see which registers are still open, and correct a submitted register when needed.
- Present, absent and late stay visible for each class and for the whole school.
- Students whose attendance falls below the school's watch level are listed by name.

Assess and report
Exams and marks
Creating an exam opens a marksheet for every subject teacher in scope. The exam publishes once every marksheet is in.
- Published results are frozen. A correction is a new exam, so the record never changes underneath you.
- Download one report card directly, or many together as a ZIP.

Plan the teaching week
Timetable and calendar
Work with teaching assignments, rooms, weekly lessons, terms, holidays and school events.
- One timetable is live at a time. Drafts stay private until you publish them.
- See how each room is used across the week, and print a timetable pack.

Know the money record
Finance
Create charges, keep each student's account, and record the payments the school receives.
- Parents pay the school directly. Mwangazza records the payment; it does not collect it.
- See what has been collected, what is outstanding, and which accounts are overdue.
