The Government price is for schools Mwangazza has approved. Approval comes before purchase and is not a payment. An approved school sees this offer, monthly or annual, when it opens.

How paying works

Paid for the time you use, and only once you open.

Setting up is free
Create your account and set up your school without paying. You pay when you open, and your paid period starts when the payment is confirmed.
Monthly or annual
Monthly covers one calendar month. Annual covers twelve calendar months, paid upfront at exactly twelve times the monthly price. Your school year and terms never move these dates.
One price up to 3,000 students
Any school with up to 3,000 students in its current school year pays the same price. Admissions are never blocked, and growing within that never changes what you pay.
Switching how you pay
A switch between monthly and annual starts when your paid period ends. Unused time is not refunded or credited.
More than 3,000 students
There is no automatic price above 3,000 students. Contact us and Mwangazza prepares a quotation.
School SMS
Every plan can send school SMS, bought in bundles as you need it. No plan includes free messages. Sign-in codes sent by SMS work on every plan.
